The disaster in Haiti is completely heartbreaking. I watched live coverage on NBC the other night and it made me want to cry. People are starving, dehydrated, can't find their loved ones and have no shelter.
In and effort to help I contacted the Red Cross yesterday and the best thing to do is donate money because they get it quicker than supplies, etc.
Text "HAITI" to 90999 to donate $10 to the Red Cross- I did it yesterday and it is legit. The $10 will show up on your next phone bill. If you wish to donate more, you can do it directly at http://www.redcross.org/
If this happened to you, wouldn't you be thankful to people who helped support your country?
